Get them parts of your `70 Chevelle, oh wait....its a `70....you can leave them on

Looks nice! Just do not put a repop Cowl Plenum on this real L78

Are you sure about the length of your Wheel valve stems....I cannot tell from these pictures. Just make sure they are not too long....that`s if your concerned with period correct length of valve stems on these wheels.

Thanks for the compliments.

this car will also have its original SS wheels with some Goodyear shoes. depending on what show I may go too.
Dan the cowl plenum will also be a removable item. I'm not going to cut the firewall. the valve stems are not period correct there 1-1/4" (what would be correct?)

All black valve stem, 3/4 or 1 inch, with the black "dill" cap.

no new pics.
I've been getting ready to start on the motor. I was just about to drop everything off last Monday to the shop that did my 70 350hp motor.
when I started thinking on Sunday. (I know me thinking kinda scary)
so, I put a call into Mr. Jackson to ask a few questions. after our conversation I said. if you were closer I'd have you build it. and Eric said he would love too. so at that point you have someone who wants to build a quality motor (and is meticulous) and I have someone that I'm comfortable with doing my motor work. So my L78 will be his next motor build. going to drop it off next week if everything goes right.
