I left for Cape Cod for the summer and ended up buying a Donzi dealership. It was mainly so I could get my own at cost, but I ended up selling my allotment of 6 pretty quickly and then selling another 6 or 7 more. Really fun times!....Bill S

Hire a Ghost Writer and write a book about all of your experiences in life. Guaranteed to be a big seller for anyone who owns a classic/muscle car.

You've seen it all, you've done it all.

This brings back memories...I used to work for Abu Dhabi Aviation and who were contracted to provide a rescue helicopter for the Victory Team when they raced in Abu Dhabi. I flew the rescue missions on many occasions with a Bell Jetranger which was speed restricted with the doors removed.

In the back seat was the rescue diver and in the front with me, a doctor. During the pre-race briefings, the course layout was explained and marker buoys were in place at the turns. Due to my speed restrictions I didn't have a hope to keep up with the boats which sped by like I was backing up...

Over the years I got to know the Victory Team quite well and they were a great group of talented individuals. Good memories, thanks...

Cheers

Went to Bing. Typed in: 1963 Super Stock Racing and it popped up with the rest of the photos I posted. Glad you liked it.

I use Bing because it tells me how big the photos are and has a feature that allows me to look at the different sizes (if they exist) for the photo I am looking at.

New York’s 21 Club Closing, Ending Historic Run That Began During Prohibition Era

That's a shame. A true New York City institution. I have eaten many a lunch and dinner there with clients to celebrate deals done while I was working in NYC from 1983 to 1990. It was the 21 Club, Tavern On The Green, The Palm and Smith and Wollenskys for celebrations. Oh . . . and Sushi Zen for those clients that wanted sushi.
