That's where I saw the 1972 Trans Am I bought. It was Bills wife's driver for a short period of time and I felt that he gave me a great deal at the time. The impetus of my comment is that the first time we took our brand new '68 GTO through the car wash it took those stickers off.

It was one of those car washes where you get out and they drive the car through on your behalf. When the car popped out the other end they drove it over to a corner of the lot and the manager and a group of workers were all standing around it.

Dad walked over to see what was going on and the manager said "Van - i'm really sorry but those letters washed clean away..."

Dad stood there for a minute and looked at it and said "well, good! - now I don't have to take them off."
