I don't know, I would've had a hard time painting over the beautiful paint on those wheels.

Thanks - The picture of the black wheels are the "after". The blue paint we painted over was nice but not correct for this application so we decided to make the change.

Yep, it was the Blue paint I referred too.

Mom and Dad ran over and got the tires mounted today, I will get down there to get them on the car and back on the ground.

I notice disc brakes in one of the photos, will these wheels fit with those brakes?

Yes, these are the wheels that came off the car. My bro painted them black as that is correct for the type of hub caps on this 409.

Finally got the new Goodyear's back on the car yesterday. Did not get a chance to drive it as it started raining as we were finishing up. We love the look though.
