Little things now. Driveshaft after wire brushing black paint off.

Then clean after soaking 3 days in a pvc tube Evaporust bath. That revealed the probable location where the marking stripes were.

Stripes.

Now coating with "Rust Prevention Magic" to preserve the natural finish.

Thanks

Its green. I didn't know there were two different kinds actually. Only looks green in the jar though. Brushes on transparent. I did have to heat in up a bit with my heat gun to get in on the paint brush. Then it applied evenly to the warm tube. I finally wiped it while still warm to erase brush marks. In the close up pic, I had RPM coated the tube up to about 1" each side of the paint markings. Needed them to dry before I got any closer. So you can see a very faint difference between coated and raw.

She had no back seat when I got it so had to source a core and start from scratch. We do have the original buckets in the works as well.

Yes. I used a flattened in those areas but yours sure looks better than my pics. Headliner and sail panels looking great. Thanks for the motivation!

It is the Low Gloss Dark Red Code
71486 1 SC
DK CARMINE RED

also used on Dash.

I assume you did not use just Matador Red flattened>?

This product worked VERY well. Same as Dash TOP not Face of Dash

added Edit: The Liner is SMS from Canby Oregon, Made to order.
