I also just noticed that the Motorama car has external door buttons, which the production cars do not have. The Motorama car still in existence, making it the oldest surviving Corvette (even older than the earliest known production car VIN 003). K |

Incidentally, those first 300 cars, built in Flint, were not built at the assembly plant proper.
There was a small brick building located on the northeast corner of the property, GM Assembly Research Center (GMARC), that was used to further experimental assembly and manufacturing techniques and allowed the installation of pre-production assembly lines. Those cars were built in that facility. Sadly - it is no longer there, having been torn down a few years ago. K |

Brembo wows at Geneva with flashy calipers. They aren't production parts yet, but to have a little fun, Brembo brought to the 2019 Geneva Motor Show a display of brake calipers painted in a wide variety of colors and graphic schemes. |

https://i.postimg.cc/vBd8tGm2/maxresdefault.jpg An interesting fact about the 300-H: It has no key lock on the trunk. Only way to open the trunk is with the button inside the glove box. The rear spoiler assembly covers it as seen on the photo below https://i.postimg.cc/qq59QGLB/chrysl...vertible-1.jpg |

Artist's impression of a Galleonosaurus dorisae herd on a riverbank in the Australian-Antarctic rift valley during the Early Cretaceous, 125 million years ago. The newly-named, dinosaur wallaby-sized herbivorous dinosaur, was identified from five fossilized upper jaws in 125-million-year-old rocks from the Cretaceous period of Victoria, southeastern Australia. |
