I like it, wouldn't mind owning that at all. Wonder how it would clean up |

Re: Backyard finds today
Rick;
Might a 1940 Dodge pickup pique her interest? |
Re: Backyard finds today
Thanks but no. In her own words, "Chevy only". Not sure where she thinks we are going to put it or when she thinks we are going to have time to work on it! That is your dad's truck isn't it?
|
Re: Backyard finds today
Yes.

Re: Backyard finds today
You need to restore that truck Eric, not someone else.........

Re: Backyard finds today
Not even remotely an option at this point...

</div></div> 40 or 41 Chevy. Big truck. Just took these pics today Rick. Pretty much rust free, and complete. Missing front wheels. I believe the owner took them to see if he could get someone to mount tires (good luck with split rims). This would satisfy your interest in putting it on a late model chassis for a car hauler, and Annie could also get her Chevy truck. Really... I don't even know if it can be bought, but I left all my info with the shop owner, and he is going to check with the owner. |
Re: Backyard finds today
Now THAT is cool Lynn! I will show it to Annie. I bought a car yesterday so I will have to tread lightly.......but as you said, this would make an awesome hauler! Thanks Lynn.

Re: Backyard finds today
Looks like it is all there ... would make an excellent hauler.

Re: Backyard finds today
Some friends found this at a garage sale. Owner was going to try and restore it to NCRS stock but gave up. Green on green '65 365hp car originally, from what I'm told.
