The video links that NV posted are done by a company that buys new electric vehicles, completely takes them apart and writes detailed reports on them for other manufacturers to buy and analyze.Every fastener etc.Pretty impressive.

I did not realize that is what they did, kind of just stumbled onto those clips by accident.

Being a mechanical Engineer myself and looking carefully at those videos there are surely some things Lucid can do to reduce part count and fastening methodologies thereby reducing costs. I too would be concerned about part clearances but the end of the band clamp at the start of the first video could easily be spun around to reduce contact with the rubber hose beside it. The edges of the clamp depending on sharpness could be another matter.
