got over half the undercoating scraped off today. will finish it up next Sunday then its off for media and sandblasting.

Yikes! Been there, done that!! Ya gotta love the ol undercoating. Ya gotta be careful with that crap flying around the shop. I understand a lot of it had asbestos in it. You don't want to use a wire wheel on it.

Bill, no wire wheel here. I burnt up a cheap heat gun yesterday, so I just bought a good one that will last.

I only have one pic this week. sent it to Dan for posting.
the quality heat gun I bought worked fine. it was my son that gave out on me this week.
undercoating is all off. there's a good chance it will be at the blaster this week.
