They also have a "Cackle Fest" at this show. At noon they fire each of the participants up one at a time. There's a mix of Alcohol and Nitro dragsters and funny cars. They usually finished it off with Terry McMillen's Top Fuel dragster. There are always a few people who have never been around a TF dragster and are standing way to close when it fires up. It's always fun to watch them jump as there're wiping Nitro fumes out of their eyes.

Here are a few pictures I took at the AACA shows in Auburn IN over the last couple of years. This 61 Impala SS convertible is a 340 horse 348 with a 4 speed. The owner said it was an original SS. It was owned by B. Thompson.

This is R. Reichenbach's 61 Corvette fuelie. I'm not sure if it is a factory heavy-duty brake car or not.

This Grotto Blue 68 Camaro RS/SS still has its original L78 block that is backed by an M20. This car was a Gold Concours winner at MCACN in '16. It is owned by C. Long.

This Palomar Red 63 Impala SS is a factory 425 horse car. B. Thompson had it at the show.

This Dark Bronze Metallic 69 Daytona was sold new at Bill Breck Dodge in Colorado Springs CO. It is a 440 car with a 4 speed and 3.54 gears. R. Fleener had this car at the show.

This Stratomist Blue 71 GSX is a 455 car with an automatic. T. Cryan had this car at the show.

This Midnight Blue 61 Impala SS was originally a 348 car that was upgraded with a 409 when it was restored. It used to be owned by T. Nolan. R. Street had it at the show.

Yes it was a factory big brake car, we bought it from Marie (his widow) last summer.
