FIRST AND FORMOST! I want to thank all the guys from the site, that support my car! You guys make it worth the effort. I can;t THANK the ones that look at the thread, to see whats going on. Just for the record between the old thread and this one. It;s close to 100,000 hits on the car! WOW. Here;s what is going on with car. Installing a set of hood pins in the middle on the hood. The hood is fiberglass, and the hood is lifting up and the middle. Because on the speed we;re doing. Also installing a new valve body, that shifts at 7,000 RPM;s. It was a hot day 89 degrees. My best time was 10:77 127 MPH. 1:55 60 ft time. Better weather coming, Cecel County at the end on this month. The dutchman

I got a Hurst-auto shifter in the car. An orginal piece from the time. It orginally came in novas. The Dutchman

The Hurst auto stick was an over the counter piece.The original advertisement was a Nova giveaway car with the shifter installed. The Yenko deuce auto cars used this shifter. Neat piece. At first glance it looks like a comp plus 4 spd shifter |

The time that jed reported was my first round. But I red lighted. Thats the fasted the car ran ever! 10;49 at 130.49 MPH. My first time shot was almost the same times. There is only about 100,000 videos of drag racing on the Net/Youtube Benny. We have plenty to do over the winter. Make a DVD and sell em at MCACN along with your T-shirts. Call the DVD "The Professor in Prime Time" YEAAAA!
