Powered by massive 1310 CID 4-Cyl. engines, these were the Supercars of their day capable of 140+ Mph which was almost double even aircraft speeds at the time. During a Nascar race about 20 years ago (before I stopped watching) they interviewed Jack Roush during a long rain delay and he pointed out some of his former 70's ProStock rivals in his crew, and there were several. I don't recall if Blevins was one of them but a few from that era worked for Roush later in Nascar.
