Again, I'd like to thank all the principals of this show for having the belief that this could be the best muscle car show anywhere...at any time. All you have to do is talk to any of the participants...to feel their excitement, passion and compassion.

For example, Ken's friend Ike (that he met at another car show-at a time when Ken thought he knew all of the 'car guys' in his area), was amazed that his car was selected to be in the show...and furthermore...was astounded that he won gold at this show. Ike is now re-energized and has a GTX that he wants to get finished for next years show (AND HE DID-BB 2020).

That..and the fact that I was privileged to meet meet Ike and can now call him my friend, too. What is neat about that...is Ken and my car guy 'universe of friends' basically doubled just being at this show.

Thanks again to Bob and Vicki Ashton...and all of the people who helped during move in...and volunteered their time. Bob, thanks for your generosity...

Finally-If you haven't been to this show...You REALLY have to go this! I hope you enjoyed the pics :beers:

Thanks for the great shots and the friendship and continued support of what WE do.

Emphasis on the WE, meaning all who contribute time, effort and so much more to make this show the awesome event that it has become.

I'll say it again...the cars get us together but it's the people that make it so awesome!

2021 can not get her soon enough!

Man, it’s like a mini-MCACN-rerun, Bruce!:3gears: Simply AWESOME!!!:BruceRocks:

It’s going to be sad not seeing old faces and meeting new ones this year, but next year hopefully we’ll actually be able to “SEE” these faces!:cool2:

Your pics are a welcomed reprieve from the daily dismay. Good in ya, Bruce!!:worship::worship:

Cheers to next year!:beers:

Yeah, 2020 can't get over with soon enough. I'm really bummed that we won't see the actual 50th anniversary of the pinnacle year of muscle/super cars...1970.
I HOPE the show next year will have 2 areas for anniversary cars, 1970 and 1971.

I have a 1970 Chevelle SS 396 and got out of school jail that year too, so was really looking forward to this event.

We absolutely WILL! Both Class of 1970 and a Class of 1971 Anniversary displays, along with the recently announced "Transitions Invitational" which will place cars that underwent a full re-style between 1970 and 1971 side by side, like the Mustang, the Roadrunner and GTX, the Cougar, AMX and Javelin and the Charger..

And of course, the other special 1970 specific Invitational displays that were planned fopr 2020.

Sounds like you're going to need a bigger venue, if you are doubling the participation. :naughty:

It's all about quality, not quantity.

AND keeping the show fresh with new entrants every year. That has been our goal since our inception, as we never want to become boring or even predictable.

Well...to say the enthusiasm level is high for MCACN 2021 would be somewhat of an understatement...

We are already past the 3/4 FULL point, with nearly all of our Special and Invitational displays complete. We have about 200 1970 model year cars registered and needless to say, the 71's are rolling in, along with an incredible array of others.

The 2021 show will be the freshest show ever, as we have been steadily receiving entries for cars that are currently under restoration or have never been shown with us previously.

I know that MCACN 2021 is almost a year out, but if you are planning on joining us, please don't hesitate to submit your entry through our website asap. If you would like to "Pre-Qualify" send me good pictures, history and specs to [email protected]

And remember, your car does not need to be fresh and shiny, as long as it is REAL with top priority given to cars that have not been shown with us previously.

Thanks;

Bashton
