Wonder if this will help boost the original Eleanor Mustangs value?

I'm not sure of past results but one of the 11 cars from Gone in 60 seconds brought over 850K at the same auction.

That's a helluva premium over any 67-68 Shelby outside of the Super Snake

I believe you might be talking this car. I am talking about the 1971 Yellow Mustang.

Remember when they showed up at my high school with that car on an open trailer during promotion for the movie. It was ridden hard and put away wet, had a full cage underneath the skin. So much of that film was shot guerilla style( no permits)

It certainly can't hurt the value.....

I'd be shocked if it brought 250K even considering 3.74 for the Bullet.

71's don't have the intrinsic value of the 68 body style
Steve McQueen in the provenance of Bullitt is huge
Bullitt is driveable

Now if Little Bastard was ever found, it could surpass the Bullitt car completely wadded up.

I think that car sort of got lost in the shuffle soon after Mr.Turnipseed collided with it. I think George Barris either had it or a replica touring the car shows.

I am not sure if this article was ever followed up....

Or Mojo's Blue Lady finally surfaces.
