Re: Ryan Weaver's 1969 Olds Cutlass S W31 Club Coupe
The radio looks nice:-) The Bill of Sale says "rear antenna" but the GM Docs doesn't mention it and the car has a front antenna.
Al took the blank out of the dash to potentially put in a tach, I found the ring and the blank circular piece in a box, but didn't take a picture yet:-( Wow-I love my car!!!!!! This is just like all the magazine articles I have read since I was about 12!!! Ryan https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...217_060113.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...217_060109.jpg |

I received receipts for Ziebart for the first few years of life, and the yellow Z plugs are in the door jams:-( I would say it worked as the floor pans look good what I have seen so far:-)

Off to work:-)
PS: Dad and I talked last night and he is excited to drag my car to and from Chicago, as long as Nick Morocco will be at MCACN!! They became instant ("besties") friends at our L89 display last year. TTYL Ryan |

Would it be safe to say Ryan you haven't got much sleep since buying the car. Have you been out in the garage in the morning for a quick peek before work. O the excitement of a new toy!

I would have put a heater in the garage and settled in with a cot and sleeping bag. Even in this cold. What a cool purchase. Keep the pix coming. Phil Woj |

Looks cool and felt good as the driver winched me up on the ramp:-) Have to decide what to do here in future, find GM shiifter hump and repair the floor or keep it as Al modifies it? I think I will find/buy the metal out of a donor car so I have it:-) Ryan https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...217_060053.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...217_060101.jpg </div></div> Keep it "Day 2"!!!!!!! Looks like you hit the mother lode there Ryan!!!! To be new to Oldsmobiles and find a car like that with all the goodies is unheard of. You have good stuff, my friend. Like I said last night, take your time, do your homework, and don't get rid of ANYTHING. Some of your parts are like the Holy Grail.
