This car is still available. Numbers matching, L34, first week build too. This could possibly be the first big block built in 70 (?). Maybe someone here could use one!...

Good question. The guy who had the rear was friends with the original owner. He acquired it when it was pulled from the car to put the 3.55 rear in. It's the original rear.

Original Rear Found!

Just sharing my recent experience. i met a guy, who knew a guy, who knew a guy ....that had the original 4.11 rear to my 38k mile L71 Corvette! The car has never left our county since new.
