So I found a past owner from 1977, his name is Glenn. He bought the car out of Lamont, Illinois, and the car was in primer. The seller agreed to paint the car as part of the deal, and Glenn wanted it...

Thanks for the pictures everyone, super cool. Traced the car back to another owner, Larry who owned the car in 1996 and lived in Franklin Wisconsin. I am going to keep digging.
