Yes, "Formula Steering Wheel" was available on all models with P/S. The red '70 SJ Charley & I owned had that option.

Bill... I asked about that on the Cutlass/442 Facebook group and many said that was common from the towing straps on old tow trucks. Makes sense why it looks symmetrical.

This car is an early build (08C) out of the Fremont Plant and after finding two build sheets in the car, one that I could remove easily, it shows to have originally been delivered to Olds Motor...
